If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange — simple, fast, and hassle-free.

✅ Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, please ensure that:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition

  • All tags, labels, and packaging are intact

  • You have valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

⚠️ Returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide you with a prepaid return label and detailed instructions to ensure a smooth and secure return process.

❗ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We’ll promptly resolve the issue by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund — at no extra cost to you.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For safety, hygiene, and customization reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened or used wellness / tech-wear devices

  • Products showing signs of wear, modification, or damage

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Clearance or final-sale products

  • Perishable or consumable goods (e.g., gels, supplements, skincare serums)

🔄 Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for another model, color, or variation,
the fastest method is to return your original item and place a new order once your refund has been processed.

🇪🇺 EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal

If you are located within the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period.
During this time, you may return any unused product for a full refund — no explanation required.

Conditions:

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you’ll receive an email confirmation.
If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
